• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renders, and specifications that bridge creativity and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors—managing expectations, budgets, and timelines like a maestro conducts a symphony.
• Source and specify FF&E with an eye for innovation and a respect for context.
• Lead site inspections, resolve design discrepancies, and ensure execution aligns with design intent down to the millimeter.
• Stay ahead of global design trends, material innovations, and sustainable practices—because standing still is not an option.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in high-end interior architecture.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a range of complex, elegant, and contemporary interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of regional codes, sustainability standards, and cultural nuances in design.
