Senior Interior Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design and development of various construction projects, from initial concept through to completion. This position is critical in ensuring that all architectural aspects of projects align with the company’s standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
2. Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and technical documentation.
3. Manage interior architecture projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
4. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
5. Assist team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
6. Identify and solve problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
7. Ensure building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
8. Participate in site visits.
9. Test and evaluate building systems to find problems and improvements.
10. Make technical recommendations related to construction, architectural, or engineering projects.
11. Perform calculations related to construction, architectural, or engineering projects.
12. Review technical work products and prepare drafts of technical documents.
13. Develop specifications for construction, architectural, or engineering projects.

Requirements:

1. 5-10+ years of experience in interior architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
2. Extensive knowledge of design principles, spatial planning, and construction methodologies.
3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
4. Experience in managing projects from concept to completion, including client presentations, design development, and site supervision.
5. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
6. Strong understanding of regulations and construction methods.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
9. Ability to follow schedule.
