2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Consultation:
Engages with clients to understand their operations, risks, and insurance needs, ensuring the provision of suitable insurance products.
Conducts detailed evaluations of business operations to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of risk exposure.
Identifies pain points, preferences, and dislikes regarding current policies, providing appropriate advice. - Policy Customization:
Designs and recommends insurance packages that address medical and general insurance needs, ensuring businesses are adequately protected against unforeseen events.
Collaborates with underwriters and insurance companies to negotiate favorable terms aligned with client needs. - Renewals and Policy Management:
Reviews and renews corporate insurance policies regularly, updating coverage based on changes in business operations or risk profiles.
Assists clients in utilizing their insurance policies effectively when needed. - Market Awareness:
Keeps abreast of the latest trends, products, and regulatory changes in the insurance market, especially those impacting the B2B segment. - New Business Development:
