Job summary

ABIS in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a QC Inspector - Instrumentation with 5-8 years' experience on instrumentation construction projects to verify drawings, specs and standards. Qualifications

• Requires 5–8 years of experience as a QC Inspector on instrumentation construction projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering is required; QC/inspection certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections on instrumentation installation works.
• Witness loop checks, calibration, and instrument testing activities per the ITP.
• Verify instrument installation, tubing, and wiring against approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify materials and instruments against material certificates and specifications.
• Record inspection results and raise Non-Conformance Reports as required.
• Coordinate hold points and inspections with client/third-party inspectors.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, and daily QC reports.
• Verify calibration status of test and measuring equipment used on site.
• Support punch-list generation and verification of closure for instrumentation works.
