We are looking for (Senior) Institutional Business Development Managers to join our APAC team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating and closing high-value sales opportunities within the ASEAN region, focusing on institutional clients. You'll develop strategies to build a strong client base, identify new revenue sources, and ensure clients align with OKX’s standards, while also providing client feedback to senior teams to enhance offerings and drive business growth.
Experienced sales professional with in-depth knowledge of local crypto regulations and proven record of developing and managing partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions.
Demonstrated strong stakeholder management ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Extensive knowledge in products that we offer for institutional clients (Block Trading, Derivatives such as Perps/Futures/Options/Margin, Cash OTC )
Prior experience in crypto sales experience, ideally on another exchange platform
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results and driving business growth.
Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for business development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
