Job summary

AECOM, a global infrastructure leader, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of large-scale projects, ensuring on-time delivery, scope control and profitability. You will lead Project Managers, drive design integration, manage risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient infrastructure solutions for clients in the UAE and beyond.

Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of infrastructure project management experience.
Proven track record managing medium to large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience in design management within infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple ongoing infrastructure projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while protecting margins.
Identify opportunities for project upselling and new service offerings.
Lead and mentor Project Managers across a program of projects.
Oversee design management processes and coordinate with design teams.
Implement best practices and perform regular project reviews.
