Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Leadership role in Abu Dhabi to direct large-scale infrastructure programs focusing on bridges, interchanges, and civil works. The role involves overseeing project lifecycle delivery, strategic planning, technical leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure successful performance across major transportation projects.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and at least 20 years of infrastructure project management experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure construction supervision and project management.
• Strong background in bridges, interchanges, highways, and large-scale civil works.
• Proven track record managing major multi-million-dollar programs from initiation to completion.
• Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, and engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulations, permitting procedures, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical, administrative, and financial aspects of major infrastructure programs.
• Provide strategic direction to align project outcomes with client objectives and Parsons' organizational goals.
• Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress, budgets, schedules, and report key updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, industry regulations, and company procedures.
