Qualifications

• 4–7 years of information security experience with risk management, incident response and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in developing and implementing security policies, standards and controls.
• Proven ability to lead security risk assessments and coordinate audits.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage FAA's information security strategy in alignment with goals and regulations.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures and standards per international frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify threats and drive risk treatment planning.
• Manage incident response, containment, recovery and post-incident reviews.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and apply lessons learned.
• Monitor compliance with data protection laws and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT to address vulnerabilities and secure systems.
• Design and deliver information security training and awareness programs.
• Continuously monitor information systems to detect threats in real-time.
• Prepare regular security reports for management outlining risks and improvements.
• Lead on business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.
