Job summary

Community Development Aurthority seeks an experienced Information Security Leader to shape and govern the Authority’s security program. You will drive the strategic roadmap, align with government ISR requirements, and manage control implementations across technical and non-technical areas.

You will oversee business continuity, incident response, and ongoing risk assessment, delivering data-driven insights to senior management and safeguarding critical digital assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology Management, Risk Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, including speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the strategic information security roadmap and define priorities.
• Monitor implementation of government information security requirements and ISR.
• Ensure compliance across units for information security standards in technical and non-technical projects.
• Oversee business continuity planning, disaster recovery and related certifications.
• Develop risk assessment methodologies and monitor risk registers.
• Prepare dashboards and reports on information security performance for senior management.
• Coordinate training plans to raise security awareness and reduce human error risks.
• Collaborate with HR to plan cybersecurity competencies and workforce development.
• Manage security incident response procedures and post-incident reviews.
• Oversee audits, security controls, and remediation of findings.
• Support participation in national and international cybersecurity initiatives.
