Job summary

Tabby in UAE seeks a Senior Manager Information Security to lead and shape the security function across cloud, architecture, and operations. You will own key programmes including vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring while mentoring a team of security engineers and analysts.

The role requires 5+ years in information security with leadership experience, strong cloud expertise (GCP/AWS), and knowledge of regulated FinTech environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity, with leadership experience preferred.
• Deep expertise across cloud security, architecture, VAPT, AppSec/DevSecOps and defensive security.
• Experience leading security programmes and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of GCP/AWS, IAM, CSPM, SIEM, EDR/XDR and vulnerability management.
• Experience with CI/CD security (SAST/DAST/SCA) and container security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shapes Tabby’s information security function across strategic and technical domains.
• Oversee security architecture and technical reviews for cloud, infrastructure and product initiatives.
• Drive Secure SDLC / DevSecOps including SAST, DAST, SCA and container security.
• Lead vulnerability management, participate in pen tests and red/purple team engagements.
• Design and improve threat detection, SIEM use cases and security monitoring.
