Job summary

Tabby is searching for a Senior Manager Information Security to lead the information security function across strategic and technical domains. You will manage a team of security professionals and own key programmes in cloud security, vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response, ensuring security is embedded across Tabby’s systems and processes.

You will work with Engineering, IT, Legal and Compliance to uphold security standards in a regulated FinTech environment, including

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Information Security or Cybersecurity with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading information security programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/AWS, IAM, CSPM, SIEM, EDR/XDR and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with penetration testing, red/purple teaming, threat hunting and incident response.
• Experience in regulated FinTech or banking environments and knowledge of PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to security architecture and technical reviews across cloud, infra, and product initiatives.
• Design and implement security controls across GCP and AWS including IAM and CSPM.
• Drive Secure SDLC / DevSecOps with SAST, DAST, SCA and container security.
• Lead vulnerability management and participate in penetration testing and red/purple team engagements.
• Develop threat detection, SIEM use cases, and security monitoring.
• Coordinate complex incident investigations and responses.
• Drive security initiatives across endpoints, infra, networks, and firewalls.
