We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Senior Information Technology Recruiter to drive growth and expand our client base across GCC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the recruitment industry, particularly in IT and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Work closely with SmartChoice leadership and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales within the IT recruitment sector.
  • Proven experience working with clients across GCC.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to meet or exceed sales targets.
