Job summary

AlFuttaim in Dubai is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager responsible for preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with IFRS across assigned entities. This role emphasizes optimizing reporting processes and maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and is a qualified accountant with 5-6 years of experience in external audit. Knowledge of SAP BPC and BW is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of external audit experience with a Big Four accounting firm preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in financial reporting or accounting control.
• Deep understanding of IFRS, audit procedures, and financial consolidation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting across multiple business units.
• Lead coordination with external auditors for interim and year-end audits.
• Drive automation and process improvements in financial statement preparation and reporting.
