Job summary

Al-Futtaim Engineering & Technologies seeks a Technical Manager ICT/ELV/AV to oversee project implementations across ICT, ELV, and AV domains in the UAE. You will prepare technical documents, design system architectures, and ensure compliance with standards while coordinating with consultants and clients.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. The role requires 7–10 years in ICT/ELV project execution, hands-on installation experience, PMP certification, and knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Technical Management: prepare submittals, method statements, manuals for ELV systems.
• Review drawings and provide technical clarifications with consultants.
• Identify suitable solutions and products for economical designs.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals with drawings and compliance docs.
• Attend client meetings for clarifications and presentations.
• Maintain liaison with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Record and maintain project documentation.
• Engineering: monitor pre-construction activities and resources.
• Ensure compliance with authorities and design standards.
• Deliver projects on time with minimal supervision.
