Job summary

EY is seeking a senior IAM leader to drive strategy, architecture, and implementation across the MENA region. You will shape identity security postures for regional and global clients, guiding programs from maturity assessments to operating model design.

You will oversee platform integrations (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Saviynt) and lead governance for RBAC/SoD, bridging IT security with business needs. Strong consulting communication and 10+ years IAM experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
Strong business development/account management and client relationship skills.
Excellent communication skills with a consulting mindset.
10+ years of experience in IAM domain.
Valid passport for travel.

Responsibilities

Lead IAM transformation programs across identity lifecycle management, access governance, PAM, SSO, and MFA.
Define IAM roadmaps and operating models aligned with regulatory requirements.
Oversee implementation and integration of IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra, Okta, Oracle IAM, CyberArk).
Establish IAM governance with RBAC and policy enforcement across stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and deliver clear status reporting to clients.
