Job summary

Halian is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a SailPoint IAM program in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering Identity Governance and Administration initiatives within Cyber Security, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time delivery.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years PM experience, strong communication, governance, risk management, and experience with IAM platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Okta, Saviynt.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale technology or cybersecurity projects.
• Previous IAM program delivery experience (IGA, IAM platforms).
• Strong governance, planning, risk management and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in regulated industries (banking, financial services, government) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SailPoint IGA project within the Cyber Security function.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Ensure project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate activities between cybersecurity teams, technology functions, business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators.
