Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a SailPoint IAM project within Cyber Security.
• Establish project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and in line with business requirements.
• Coordinate CS, IT, Risk, and business stakeholders, vendors and SI partners.
• Facilitate governance forums and senior leadership progress reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers; drive change management.

Project Manager - Cyber Security

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Cyber Security division and lead the delivery of a strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) programme centred around SailPoint. This role is ideal for a hands‑on, delivery‑focused project manager who can seamlessly integrate into an existing programme and ensure successful execution across key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) project within the Cyber Security function.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Ensure project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate activities between cybersecurity teams, technology functions, business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and project status meetings.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to internal project management methodologies and governance standards.
• Drive effective communication across all workstreams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support change management and user adoption activities where required.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record delivering large-scale technology or cybersecurity projects.
• Previous experience delivering Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, or Cyber Security programmes.
• Strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint IdentityNow, or similar IAM platforms.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Risk, and Business functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong project governance, planning, risk management, and reporting capabilities.Experience working within highly regulated industries such as banking, financial services, insurance, or government is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks and governance standards.
• Experience working with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, or Saviynt.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven environments.
