Worley, a global leader in energy, chemicals and resources, seeks an experienced Specialist I&C Engineer to provide advanced instrumentation and control engineering expertise for ADNOC projects from FEED through PMC. The role emphasizes design review, engineering coordination, technical assurance, vendor management and adherence to international codes and ADNOC standards.

Offshore exposure is required, and PMC involvement is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas/Petrochemical experience.
• ADNOC project experience is required.
• Offshore project experience is required.
• PMC experience is preferable.
• Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.
• Strong knowledge of DCS/ESD/F&G systems, SIL and functional safety, control system architecture, and industrial protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and review Instrumentation and Control engineering deliverables for oil & gas projects.
• Review and approve Instrument Index, I/O List, control philosophies, cause & effect diagrams, instrument datasheets, hookup drawings, cable schedules, loop drawings, JB schedules, and control system architecture drawings.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, IEC, ISA, API, and international practices; review FEED and Detailed Engineering deliverables.
• Participate in design development and technical clarification meetings; support optimization of control systems and automation philosophies.
• Review DCS/ESD/FG systems, coordinate interfaces with telecom, electrical, process and mechanical disciplines; review system integration philosophies.
• Evaluate SIL classifications, alarm management, and cybersecurity requirements; review FAT/SAT procedures and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate with package vendors for instrumentation and control requirements; support technical bid evaluations and vendor selection; ensure package compliance.
• Monitor EPC contractor engineering progress and quality; provide technical guidance; participate in HAZOP, SIL, constructability and design review workshops; coordinate with ADNOC and PMC teams.
• Provide engineering clarification and site support; review technical queries and deviations; support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities; occasional site visits for verification.
