Value FM in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior AC Technician to support HVAC maintenance across residential and commercial properties. You will lead preventive and corrective tasks, diagnose faults and mentor junior technicians on safe practices.

This senior role requires 7-10 years in HVAC, a Diploma/ITI in HVAC & Refrigeration, and a proven ability to plan maintenance, coordinate with facility teams and uphold safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of HVAC experience across residential and commercial properties
• ITI/Diploma in HVAC & Refrigeration preferred
• Strong leadership and safety-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair AC and HVAC system faults including Split AC, Ducted Systems, VRF, VRV, FCU, AHU and Chilled Water Systems
• Carry out scheduled PPM activities to ensure HVAC equipment operates efficiently and reliably
• Conduct inspection, testing and servicing of HVAC equipment and related components
• Ensure all HVAC maintenance works are completed according to safety standards, quality requirements and client specifications
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records and job completion reports
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and facility management teams regarding maintenance activities and technical issues
• Guide and support junior technicians in troubleshooting, repair works and safe working practices
• Monitor tools, equipment and spare parts required for daily HVAC operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE procedures and site regulations
