Job summary

eMinds is seeking experienced AC/HVAC Technicians to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across field sites in Dubai. You will troubleshoot split and package systems, check refrigerant pressures, and ensure safe, efficient cooling operations.

The role requires hands-on experience and the ability to respond to breakdowns quickly. The ideal candidate holds an ITI or Diploma in HVAC and has knowledge of electrical controls, refrigeration systems, and is comfortable working outdoors.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
• Hands-on AC/HVAC maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Knowledge of electrical controls and refrigeration systems.
• Comfortable working at field/outdoor locations; able to work independently and respond to breakdown calls.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory (Without License candidates can apply if they are fit for the role)

Responsibilities

• Preventive & corrective maintenance of AC/HVAC systems
• Troubleshooting and repair of Split AC & Package AC systems
• Compressor, condenser, evaporator & fan motor troubleshooting
• Refrigerant pressure checking & leak detection
• Refrigerant charging/recovery as per approved procedures
• Electrical & AC control troubleshooting
• Capacitors, contactors, relays, thermostats & sensors
• Cleaning of filters, coils, blowers & condensers
• Drainage and water leakage rectification
• Emergency breakdown response
• Functional testing after repairs
• Maintenance reporting and documentation
• Safe working practices and HSE compliance
