Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or HVAC is required.
• Minimum 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in HVAC works.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents.
• Strong supervision and coordination skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and retrofit works.
• Coordinate HVAC technicians and workers at site.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion.
• Review HVAC drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other MEP teams.
• Ensure proper installation of AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, chillers, ducts, and piping.
• Conduct inspections and support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
