Job summary

Dubai Airports is seeking a Senior Engineer - Assets Reliability & Systems (HVAC). You will own reliability for HVAC assets, drive failure analyses, and lead improvement plans to boost asset performance and uptime.

You’ll collaborate with maintenance and operations, apply risk-based maintenance concepts, and leverage reliability tools to optimize asset lifecycle and ensure safe, efficient airport operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of equipment criticality and risk-based maintenance approaches (FMECA, REM).
• Experience with HVAC systems and asset classes.
• Strong reliability engineering principles, RCAs, and condition monitoring.
• Proficiency with reliability tools and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for HVAC systems (Chillers, hydraulic networks, pumping, BMS).
• Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to reduce downtime.
• Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to optimize strategies and lifecycle management.
• Monitor health and performance trends through data analysis and reliability tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for safe, efficient airport operations.
