Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in assets reliability and HVAC.
• Knowledge of FMECA/REM, risk-based maintenance and RCA.
• Experience across HVAC systems and asset classes.
• Familiarity with reliability tools and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for HVAC systems.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to reduce downtime.
• Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to optimize asset lifecycle.
• Monitor health and performance trends using reliability data.
