About You

Are you a proactive and organised HR professional looking to grow your career in a fast-paced environment? Kayana is looking for a dedicated **Senior HR Executive** to join our Dubai office. In this key role, you’ll be the primary HR contact on-site, helping to manage and streamline day-to-day HR and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review personnel policies and practices regularly to ensure they align with affirmative action principles
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Salary negotiation
  • Write and monitor job adverts
  • Conduct performance appraisals and help inform the process
  • Approve leaves and investigate
  • Monitor and update HRIS systems
  • Act as a point of communication between staff and the business such as communicating all policies and procedures
  • Act as a point of communication between the international offices
  • Process Visa's

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in a HR position
