Job summary

Inspire Selection is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to work in the UAE bank sector, reporting to the HR head. The role partners with senior leaders to align HR activity with business needs across policy, organisation design, talent, performance, and change.

You will advise on HR policies, support workforce planning, manage performance and employee relations, and build strong stakeholder relationships across banking functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' HR experience in UAE bank.
• Sound knowledge of HR policies and organisation design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

We are working with a bank in the UAE to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner. This role suits an experienced HR professional looking to work closely with senior stakeholders in a banking environment.

The Role

Reporting into the HR head, you will act as a business partner to senior leaders, aligning HR activity with business needs. The role covers the full HR remit, including policy, organisation design, talent, performance, and change.

• Manage a range of HR activities including performance, talent, employee relations, and change
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE and working within a bank (essential)
• Minimum 5 years' HR experience within a bank in the UAE
• Degree educated, with a relevant HR qualification (e.g. CIPD or equivalent)
• Sound knowledge of HR policies, organisation design, and wider HR disciplines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across functions
