Job description

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly motivated Senior HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and contribute significantly to our overall HR strategy.

* Strategic Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Leadership:

* Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels within the organization, with a strong focus on senior and executive-level roles.

* Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract best-in-class candidates, aligning with business objectives and growth plans.

* Source passive candidates through a variety of channels, including professional networks, industry events, social media, and advanced search techniques.

* Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and due diligence to identify top talent with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.

* Negotiate complex compensation packages and successfully close high-level hires.

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with demonstrable success in at least two (2) CXO-level recruitments (e.g., CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, CMO, CHRO, etc.).

* Networking & Talent Mapping:

* Cultivate and maintain a strong, extensive professional network within relevant industries and talent pools.

* Proactively engage with potential candidates and industry leaders to build relationships and future talent pipelines.

* Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping to identify emerging talent trends and competitor insights.

* Talent Identification & Convincing:

* Possess a keen eye for identifying exceptional talent, beyond just technical skills, recognizing potential and leadership qualities.

* Articulate compelling employee value propositions (EVP) to attract and convince high-caliber candidates to join the organization.

* Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company positively in all interactions with prospective employees.

* HR Business Partnership & Strategy:

* Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of broader HR strategies, including employer branding, succession planning, and talent management.

* Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and propose continuous improvements.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

* Go-Getter Attitude & Problem Solving:

* Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter approach with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

* Exhibit a "can-do" attitude, overcoming challenges and finding creative solutions to talent acquisition obstacles.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR) is a plus.

* Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on full-cycle recruitment.

* Proven track record of successfully closing at least two (2) CXO-level recruitments.

* Extensive professional network and strong ability to leverage it for talent sourcing.

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.

* Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies, assessment tools, and employer branding strategies.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

* Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

* High level of integrity and confidentiality.

* Experience in Igaming Software Industries
