Job summary

Al Sahraa Recruitment Services seeks a Senior Trainer with a strong HSE background and ADNOC approvals to lead training across sites. You will ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and drive safety performance improvements.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Health & Safety, ADNOC-approved HSE trainer status, and 10+ years in HSE training within oil & gas or related sectors. You will supervise training teams and coordinate with authorities and client representatives.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Health & Safety Engineering or related field.
ADNOC-approved HSE Trainer mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE training within oil & gas construction or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC Codes of Practice HSEMS and UAE regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs related to HSE for all levels of employees.
Conduct training needs analysis and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards in all training programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
Stay updated with industry developments and changes in HSE regulations.
Collaborate with HSE team to develop and implement safety procedures and policies.
Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE-related matters.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee certifications.
