Job summary

Thehseleader is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor for Abu Dhabi to oversee health, safety and environment management across major infrastructure projects. You will lead safety planning, conduct audits, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and management to ensure a safe working environment.

Key duties include preparing safety plans, conducting monthly safety meetings, risk assessments, site inspections, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and project quality procedures.

Qualifications

• HSE management and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of UAE & Abu Dhabi HSE regulations.
• NEBOSH or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety management and environmental health practices.
• Prepare and implement site safety plan and procedures.
• Conduct safety meetings, audits, and risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients and manage safety-related communications.
• Ensure compliance with Stantec-like quality procedures and company policies.
