Job summary

IDCMPS is seeking a highly experienced HSE professional based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves developing and implementing Project HSE Plans, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements, and conducting HSE risk assessments. The successful candidate will lead HSE teams, perform incident investigations, and provide HSE training to maximize operational safety.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a NEBOSH certificate. Candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills along with a solid understanding of HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus NEBOSH International General Certificate required.
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws and regulations in Oil & Gas.
• Advanced skills in risk assessment, auditing, and hazard identification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project HSE Plans in line with ADNOC CoP and HSEMS requirements.
• Conduct HSE risk assessments including HIRA, HAZID, and HSEIA.
• Lead and supervise HSE teams and contractors.
