Job summary

Sundus is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor/Lead in Abu Dhabi to oversee health, safety and environmental compliance for an upcoming project. You will develop HSE management frameworks, establish bridging documents, and lead project governance while coordinating with key stakeholders.

The role requires 8–10 years in HSE management, a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or Environmental Engineering, and NEBOSH IGC or Diploma. You will ensure adherence to local and international HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HSE Lead/Advisor role on major projects.
• Experience developing HSE management frameworks and bridging documents.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of HSE governance, risk assessments, and compliance standards.
• Relevant HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH IGC or Diploma) is required.
