Job summary

NMDC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HSE Manager to lead the safety program across assigned projects. You will ensure HSEMS compliance and protect people and the environment while aligning with client requirements and NMDC policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Relevant HSE Management qualification.
• Certification / Membership: NEBOSH / OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the safety of assigned project staff and operations on HSEMS throughout the project.
• Attends meeting internally and with client to identify projects HSE requirements.
• Maintain strict compliance with company Health and Safety policy and enforce zero tolerance for unsafe practices.
• Analyze HSE observations and incidents to identify causes and corrective actions.
• Supervise subcontractors and team at site regarding safety issues.
• Coordinate accident investigations and track incidents for close out.
