ILF Consulting Engineers UAE is seeking an experienced HSE Inspector to join our site-based team in Abu Dhabi. You will develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations while supporting water projects.

The role emphasizes incident investigation, safety training, and fostering a proactive safety culture. You should have 5–10 years of HSE project experience, a UAE-on-site background, and a degree in engineering, with fluent English.

• Perform regular safety inspections and audits to verify effectiveness of safety measures.
• Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive actions.
• Deliver safety training on equipment usage, emergency procedures, and safe practices.
• Develop and manage emergency response plans for potential hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, audits, assessments, and training.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness and employee engagement.
• Report HSE performance, incidents, and improvements to management.
