Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a seasoned HSE Engineer to monitor performance and lead safety initiatives across plant operations. You will ensure compliance with HSE standards and support incident investigations, audits, and training programs.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Safety or related fields and at least 8 years of experience, including 3 years in safety engineering, with strong risk assessment and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• HSE management experience and leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on risk assessment studies and safety program implementation.
• Experience in HSE audits, inspections, and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HSE inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
• Review reports and inputs to support HSE matters across functions.
• Act as first contact for safety, health, and environment in HSE systems.
• Identify hazards and mitigate risks in operations and facilitate improvements.
• Lead HSE training programs and drills for personnel.
• Investigate accidents and lead crisis communications as needed.
