Job summary

Alfanar is seeking an experienced HSE professional to support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental systems across its operations in the UAE. You will perform advanced risk assessments, monitor site conditions, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will contribute technical expertise to improve HSE standards, support emergency preparedness, and help train staff and contractors on safety rules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or related field.
4 to 6 years of work experience in HSE roles.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed HSE risk assessments and evaluate protection measures.
Validate protection systems and ensure compliance with international standards.
Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Apply HSE requirements within engineering and operational processes.
Review technical docs to verify safety considerations and environmental compliance.
Prepare HSE awareness content and deliver training sessions.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and drills.
Perform HSE inspections and report findings with actions.
Draft and maintain HSE documentation and incident analyses.
Suggest updates to procedures based on best practices.
Record observations and contribute to continuous improvement.
