Job summary

Sundus Gulf in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Analyst HSE to lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for HSEQ & BCM performance. The role focuses on organizing meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining risk registers to ensure timely governance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSE, NEBOSH certification, and 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HSE, with excellent English communication and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or HSE related field.
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and circulates HSEQ & BCM monthly performance data by collecting and analyzing required data from multiple departments.
• Organizes HSEQ meetings and maintains the performance management calendar to meet reporting deadlines.
• Maintains Action Tracking Register and performs incident/hazard trend analyses from reports.
• Develops performance management information to visualize action close-out progress.
• Updates HSEQ & BCM documentation on the DMS and maintains the HSE Risk Register.
• Coordinates and communicates HSEQ & BCM training for personnel and JVs.
