Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Analyst HSE to manage HSEQ and BCM performance reporting. You will collect data from multiple departments, circulate monthly results, and help drive safety standards across facilities.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSE, and NEBOSH certification. Excellent English is essential, with strong coordination of meetings and training across subsidiaries and JVs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / HSE related.
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent safety qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and circulates HSEQ & BCM monthly performance data and statistics.
• Organizes HSEQ meetings including HSE Steering Committee and maintains calendar to meet reporting deadlines.
• Maintains ATR and prepares incident/hazard trend analysis from Hazard and Near-Miss Reports.
• Develops performance management information to show team action close-out.
• Maintains, reviews and updates HSEQ & BCM documentation and updates the HSE Risk Register.
• Coordinates and communicates HSEQ & BCM training for personnel, subsidiaries and JVs.

Job Description

• Prepares and timely circulates HSEQ & BCM Monthly Performance by collecting and analysing required data and statistics from different departments and facilities.
• Organizes HSEQ meetings (including HSEQ internal meetings, HSE Steering Committee meetings) and maintains the HSE performance management calendar to ensure that all of the required reporting/meeting deadlines are met.
• Maintains Action Tracking Register (ATR) and prepare incident/hazard trend analysis by collecting data from Hazard and Near-Miss Reports.
• Develop performance management information to give visibility to team performance on action close out.
• Maintains, reviews and updates HSEQ & BCM documentation and information on DMS. Updates of the HSE Risk Register through reviews and edits.
• Coordinates and communicates HSEQ & BCM training (including HSE e-Learning) for personnel, subsidiaries and JVs.

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering / HSE related.

Certification in HSE like NEBOSH.
