The Senior HR Officer will manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff development to support the institution's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention for faculty and staff.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievances.
• Manage performance reviews and develop staff improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, including visa processes and contracts.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports for management.
• Lead HR policy development and ensure alignment with regulations.
• Use HRIS to manage employee records and streamline processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certifications preferred.
