Our client is a multinational healthcare and pharmaceutical organization who are now looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the HR Director you will be working closely with the country manager and the leadership team to provide HR guidance and support to the team.
Responsibilities of this role include:
To be successful in this role you will have at least eight years of HR experience and have worked inside a multinational environment before. Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience would be advantageous. Candidates must have strong influencing and negotiation skills and have the ability to prioritize goals and tasks. Experience in mentoring and employee development is essential and you must possess strong business acumen.
