Our client is a multinational healthcare and pharmaceutical organization seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting to the HR Director, you will collaborate closely with the country manager and leadership team to provide HR guidance and support.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining local HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  2. Developing performance management objectives and conducting end-of-year appraisals.
  3. Ensuring annual compensation processes align with country practices, including rewards and recognition policies.
  4. Managing career development activities such as transfers, promotions, and international moves.
  5. Overseeing talent acquisition and talent management processes.
  6. Leading change management initiatives and fostering organizational culture.
  7. Driving global standardization, alignment, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
