On behalf of our client, an International Logistics Company, we are looking to recruit a senior-level HR Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will act as a bridge between strategy and implementation of HR activities and Group Management. You will be responsible for recruitment, employment lifecycle, and internal development programs. You are expected to represent the group HR at a senior level both within and outside the organisation.
The successful candidate should be a senior-level professional with 15+ years of experience in Human Resources and experience working in a Logistics Company. You must also have working knowledge of Logistics and possess a good track record from both strategic and operational levels in HR from international companies. You must have excellent communication and documentation skills and be fluent in English, both written and spoken. You should be ready to travel when requested (on a monthly basis). Candidates from Singapore and Malaysia will be preferred.
