Job summary

Neumann & Müller Event Technology in Dubai seeks an experienced HR professional to manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. The role interfaces with the Global HR team in Germany and requires a hands-on, proactive approach, with strong English skills and UAE labour law knowledge.

• Minimum 5 years HR experience in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.

• Manage compensation and benefits and policy development.
• Provide HR guidance to leadership and align with global HR (Germany).
