NVIDIA is seeking a Senior AI/HPC Engineer to join its Infrastructure Specialist team. This role involves working with academic and commercial groups worldwide to deploy and support large-scale AI/HPC systems, involving Networking, System Design, and Automation. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyze, define, and implement projects.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Deploying, managing, and maintaining AI/HPC infrastructure in Linux environments for new and existing customers.
  2. Acting as a domain expert during planning and implementation phases with customers.
  3. Providing documentation and knowledge transfer to support customer rollout of sophisticated systems.
  4. Providing feedback to internal teams, including bug reporting, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
What We Need To See
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting and deploying hardware and software products.
  • Knowledge of AI Factory / HPC, Linux System Administration, process management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Cluster management technologies and scripting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with limited supervision.
  • Experience with schedulers like SLURM, LSF, PBS, etc.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
  • Linux certifications.
  • Experience with InfiniBand or Ethernet.
  • Experience with GPU hardware/software and MPI.
  • Automation tools such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet.
