Job summary

The Meydan Hotel is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, quality control, and timely processing of guest laundry, uniforms, and hotel linen. This role supports the Laundry Manager by supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

You will work closely with Engineering and Housekeeping to deliver efficient service, train new team members, monitor machine performance, and maintain accurate production and inventory

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in hotel laundry ops, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong admin and computer skills; MS Office experience.
• Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment and chemicals.
• Good communication and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete laundry operations for guest laundry, uniforms, and linen.
• Post all laundry bills and maintain records.
• Supervise daily laundry tasks from sorting to dispatch.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Uniform Room for timely deliveries.
• Train and motivate staff; monitor machine performance.
• Maintain daily production reports and inventory records.
• Plan manpower schedules during peak operations.
