Job summary

Management Solutions International MSI in Dubai is seeking a Senior Project Engineer (Civil / High-Rise Buildings) to oversee on-site execution for tower projects, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and liaise with consultants, architects and MEP professionals on complex high-rise schemes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related structural discipline.
10–15 years of total building construction experience.
Hands-on experience in high-rise or tower projects (G30 or multi-floor) in UAE.
Experience with a Main Contractor in Dubai/UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate construction activities for high-rise/tower projects (G30+).
Direct site engineers, foremen and subcontractors to maintain productivity and schedule.
Inspect and review drawings, shop drawings, submittals and method statements against Dubai codes.
Liaise with consultants, architects, MEP teams and project managers.
Monitor material testing and enforce HSE standards; support site inspections.
Identify constraints, implement corrective actions and prepare progress reports.
