Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in a tertiary hospital environment.
• Strong clinical expertise in both benign and malignant hematology.
• Skilled in diagnostic procedures and treatment planning.
• Effective communicator with the ability to manage complex patient cases.
• Eligible for UAE medical licensing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of hematologic disorders.
• Oversee bone marrow biopsy procedures, transfusion protocols, and chemotherapy treatment plans.
• Interpret laboratory investigations and diagnostic findings.
• Work closely with oncology, pathology, and radiology teams.
• Provide consultation services across inpatient and outpatient departments.
• Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Contribute to clinical audits, research activities, and continuous improvement programs.
