Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Hematology Specialist to oversee complex blood disorders in Dubai. This full-time position requires diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with significant hematologic conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization consultant-level experience in a tertiary or academic hospital.
• Strong expertise in both benign and malignant hematologic disorders.
• Excellent procedural skills in bone marrow biopsy and hematology diagnostics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage hematologic conditions including anemia and leukemia.
• Treat patients with hemophilia and sickle cell disease.
• Perform and supervise bone marrow biopsy procedures.
• Oversee chemotherapy regimens and transfusion protocols.
• Provide consultant-level services for hematology cases across hospital departments.
• Collaborate with oncology and internal medicine teams for patient management.
