We are looking for an experienced hands‑on solution architect with expertise in enterprise application, cloud, integration technologies and architecture. Our team handles projects ranging from incremental improvements to strategic overhauls across the Dubai health‑case sector. We utilize modern technology stacks such as React/Next.js, Node.js, Java Microservices, healthcare integrations, and open APIs, all underpinned by best practices in DevSecOps, cloud, and modern engineering.
Requirements
- Degree (12+3 or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent IT related discipline with minimum 12+ years of experience.
- Solid understanding of modern application development practices, including: cloud‑native design (stateless services, horizontal scaling, containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, managed cloud services).
- Microservices and Event‑Driven Architecture (Domain‑Driven Design – DDD, event streams, event sourcing, service mesh, workflow orchestration).
- API‑first development (REST, gRPC, GraphQL, async messaging, webhooks, event streams, APIs as products – versioning, governance, rate limits).
- CI/CD and DevSecOps (automated CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure as code, shift‑left security, GitOps). Observability & Reliability Engineering (centralized logging, distributed tracing, metrics & dashboards, resilience patterns).
- Comprehensive understanding of one or more technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Cloud, React, event‑based system, messaging system, open‑source frameworks, observability, frontend technologies, database, integration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into measurable technical non‑functional requirements and provide solutions.
- Demonstrate full‑stack application design and architecture – both in‑house build and vendor product/platform implementation.
- Technical leadership of senior developers. Ability to influence delivery plans based on architecture and skill constraints.
- Comprehensive understanding of one or more technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Cloud, React, event‑based system, messaging system, open‑source frameworks, low code platforms, observability, automation, mobile & frontend technologies, AI/ML, container management platforms, database, integration.
- Understanding of industry standard software modelling techniques such as ArchiMate, C4 and UML.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to simplify complexity for non‑technical audiences. Ability to influence delivery teams, manage risks, and provide direction across multiple teams.
- Hands‑on experience in MS Azure architecture and engineering or AWS.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in CI/CD.
- Certifications: Azure Certified Solutions Architect preferred.
- Enterprise Architecture certification like TOGAF, Zachman preferred.
- Healthcare domain experience preferred.
