Job summary

EY’s Healthcare AI & Data team is seeking a senior Healthcare AI & Data Solution Architect to lead enterprise data and AI platforms across government and healthcare ecosystems in the UAE. You will shape data platforms, interoperability layers, and AI-enabled solutions for large-scale transformation programs.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, cloud specialists, data engineers, cybersecurity experts, and responsible AI teams to ensure secure, scalable, and production-ready outcomes in

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of data, AI, cloud, or large-scale transformation experience.
• Strong exposure to healthcare or public-sector transformation programmes.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms and interoperability layers.
• Track record delivering end-to-end transformation from strategy to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for healthcare data and AI solutions, including lakehouse platforms and analytics workbenches.
• Design enterprise healthcare data models and exchange patterns across stakeholders.
• Architect HIE-enabled solutions for secure sharing across EHR and clinical systems.
• Define AI-enabled solutions using ML, GenAI, and agentic AI for care, population health, and capacity planning.
• Establish AI lifecycle, MLOps, and deployment approaches aligned to standards.
• Develop data governance controls covering quality, cataloguing, consent, privacy, residency, security, and usage policies.
• Support operating model design, CoE setup, and broader data/AI capability building.
