Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC seeks an experienced Head of Inclusion & Designated Safeguarding Lead to oversee inclusive education practices, student support systems, and safeguarding procedures in Dubai, UAE. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in inclusive education and/or school leadership.
Experience working within UAE schools and familiarity with local regulatory expectations.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child-protection practices.
Experience leading inclusion and student-support programs.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Align inclusion practices with school goals and drive strategic vision.
Teaching & Learning: Promote inclusive teaching practices and adapt curriculum plans.
Staff Development: Coach teachers through observations and CPD initiatives.
Student Progress: Monitor data and coordinate targeted interventions.
Safeguarding: Act as designated safeguarding lead and ensure policy adherence.
