Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC in Dubai UAE is seeking an experienced Head of Inclusion & Designated Safeguarding Lead to oversee inclusive education practices, student support systems, and safeguarding procedures. The role works closely with school leadership and teaching teams to embed inclusive practices and ensure safeguarding policies are effectively implemented.

You will lead strategic initiatives, coach staff, monitor progress, and coordinate interventions to ensure every student has access

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Teaching or educational leadership qualification preferred.
Proven inclusive education or school leadership experience.
Experience in UAE schools and knowledge of local regulations.
Strong safeguarding and child-protection knowledge.
Experience coordinating inclusion and student-support programs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: align inclusion practices with school goals and drive strategy.
Teaching & Learning: promote inclusive pedagogy and monitor progress.
Staff Development: coach teachers and support CPD programs.
Student Progress: use data to identify and support at-risk students.
Safeguarding: act as designated safeguarding lead and oversee policies.
